By California law, companies that sell any number of common household products—including anything made from wood and/or wood dust—to residents who live in the state of California must include the Prop 65 warning label on packaging. This label is showing up more frequently because e-commerce business continues to grow and increased inventory is traveling across state lines. For Catalyst Pet, we need to make sure that any litter sold has the label, should it be heading to a California kitty.
